🎉 Have Your Say on Events in Wigton! 🎉
Do you enjoy attending local events? Do you have ideas for new activities, improvements, or ways to make community events even better?
Wigton Town Council would love to hear from you!
We are looking for members of the public to join our Events Committee and help shape the future of events in our town. Whether you have lots of experience organising events or simply want to share your ideas and feedback, we'd be delighted to welcome you.
This is a great opportunity to:
✅ Share your thoughts on existing events
✅ Suggest new ideas and activities
✅ Help make events more enjoyable for everyone
✅ Play an active role in your local community
The Events Committee meets around six times per year, but there is no requirement to attend every meeting. Meetings are usually held in the early evening, after 5pm, to make it easier for those who work to get involved.
We want our events to reflect what the people of Wigton want, so your views really do matter.
If you are interested in getting involved, please get in touch by email or by sending us a message through Facebook.
